ST. LOUIS SCHOOL'S TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM 

St. Louis Catholic School is committed to making tuition affordable for all accepted students by offering need-based financial assistance. Our goal is to ensure that every student has the opportunity to receive a quality Catholic education.

We partner with FACTS Tuition Management to provide a streamlined financial aid process. FACTS collects financial data to assess need and determine award eligibility. A non-refundable $45 application fee is required to apply. Once the online application is submitted, families must upload the necessary supporting documents and can track their application status through their FACTS account.

Financial Aid Information:

• The deadline to apply for financial aid is May 1st.
• To be eligible, students must be accepted to St. Louis Catholic School, have a completed enrollment packet, and have no outstanding balances from the previous year.
• Financial aid application instructions will be provided during the enrollment process through FACTS Tuition.

*Please note that SLCS assistance is available for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade.

ST. LOUIS APPLICATION 

ST. LOUIS CATHOLIC CHURCH PARISHIONER GRANT

St. Louis Catholic Church offers a $1,000 Parishioner Grant per family to help offset tuition costs for families who qualify. This grant is applied directly to St. Louis Catholic School tuition.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Families must be registered parishioners of St. Louis King of France Catholic Church.
• Parishioners must regularly attend Sunday Mass, tithe consistently, and actively participate in parish ministries.
• Participation must be evident for at least six months before the first day of school (by February 15).
• Parishioner status is determined only during the enrollment period and is not retroactive.
• Families must apply for this grant annually.

Important Dates:

• May 30, 2025 – Application deadline: Late applications may be considered; funding varies annually.
• Early June – Applicants notified.
• June 2025 – Grant applied to 2025-26 tuition billing.

BEACON OF HOPE SCHOLARSHIP

Through the generosity of donors to the Encountering Christ Campaign, an endowment fund was established within the Catholic Foundation – Diocese of Austin. This fund provides partial tuition assistance scholarships to Catholic school families. Each year, based on available funding, awards are granted to help offset K-12 tuition expenses for families who demonstrate financial need and have children attending Catholic schools within the Diocese of Austin. The Office of Catholic Schools oversees this program to ensure the equitable distribution of funds to support families committed to Catholic education.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Students must be enrolled or re-enrolled for the 2025-2026 academic year.
• The online application through FACTS Grant & Aid must be completed by March 1, 2025.
• All required documents requested by FACTS must be submitted by the deadline.
• When completing the FACTS application, families must select “Beacon of Hope - Diocesan Scholarship Program” under organizations.
• Please note that an application fee may apply.
• Families must be current with all financial obligations to any Catholic school within the diocese.

• January 13 – Online application opens.
• March 1 – Application deadline.

BEACON OF HOPE

ACE SCHOLARSHIP

New students enrolling at St. Louis Catholic School may qualify for an ACE scholarship. Eligibility is determined by family income based on annually updated federal poverty guidelines. This scholarship helps make Catholic education more accessible to families who meet the income criteria.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Applications open the first Monday in February.
• The online application through FACTS Grant & Aid must be completed by April 15.
• Families should select the ACE scholarship option when completing their FACTS application.
